DoFu Delight® EZ Preparation

                 Caution: The preparation involves boiling water and handling of hot liquid. Using the recipes is entirely at the users' own risk.       Back to Recipes List  

                                                                             

           Materials:
          
1. DoFu Delight® (flavor of your choice) - 1 package.
              2. Water - 3˝ cups (28 fl. oz.).
              3. Milk* - 1˝ (12 fl. oz.).
              4. Optional - drained fruit cocktail or diced fresh fruits.
                  * 3 options: a. Replace milk with condense milk to  make a sweeter jelly. Or
                                         b. Replace milk with non-dairy creamer to avoid lactase. Or
                                         c. Replace milk with same amount of water for a no-milk clear jelly

           Preparation:
             1. Mix content of DoFu Delight® with water in a saucepan.
             2. Stir and heat to a boil.
             3. Remove from heat, add in milk (or any one of above option) and mix well.
             4. Carefully transfer above hot liquid mix into a flat-bottom baking pan*. Allow to cool to near room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
             5. Cut jelly into to cubes and serve as is or top with fresh or canned fruits for a delightful treat. (see Tropical Punch Float for fancy serving).
                     *Alternatively, the hot liquid mix may be directly transferred into heat-resistant serving cups and served as is or garnished, after set.
