Cancellation of order must be made within 48 hours of placing order, by email to jenyi@jenyi.com, or by fax to (510)-868-8776. All orders, once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
To minimize product cost and share the savings with our customers like you, we priced our products by not including expensive re-processing and cost. We are confident  in our product quality.  Therefore, all DoFu Delight® sales are final once shipped. We will not accept return, refund or exchanges. However, we will  replace obviously damaged unusable products found upon delivery.  Please have the delivering agent verify the damages in writing, hold the damaged goods while making replacement claims. We reserve the rights to ask you to send in photos and/or the damaged goods for verification. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for this inconvenience.
