Write in the text box on right, your flavor choices and the number of boxes next to the flavor (Maximum 60 characters). Please use abbreviation as below example:
Example: Ald = Almond, Mng = Mango, Cnt = Coconut, Hyd = Honeydew, Stb = Strawberry.
Enter order such as: "Ald 5, Mng 5 , Cnt 5, Hyd 5, Stb 4." or any combinations. Make sure total boxes equal to 24 or any multiple number of 24. Please have the delivering agent verify the damages in writing, hold the damaged goods while making replacement claims.
