However, we will  replace obviously damaged unusable products found upon delivery.  Please have the delivering agent verify the damages in writing, hold the damaged goods while making replacement claims. We reserve the rights to ask you to send in photos and/or the damaged goods for verification. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for this inconvenience.
