DoFu Delight® Fancy Recipes 4 -  Fresh everyday !

                      Tropical Punch Float (DoFu Delight® Float, serves 10 - 30, excellent refreshment for a party gathering)

Materials: Depends on the color mix you like, choose 1 package of each desired DoFu Delight® flavor/color. (White - Almond or Coconut; Yellow - Mango; Green - Melon; Pink - Strawberry) For each package of DoFu Delight®, ready 3 cups of water* and  1-1/2 cups of milk**. (1 cup = 8 fl oz (250 ml)

 
Method: For each package of DoFu Delight®, prepare as follow:  
1). Mix content of one package of DoFu Delight® with 3 cups of water* in a saucepan. Stir and heat to a gentle boil (for 15-30 seconds).
2). Remove from heat, add in measured milk** and mix well.
3). Carefully transfer the hot liquid mix into a flat-bottom baking pan. Allow to cool to near room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
4). Cut each DoFu Delight® jelly into to small cubes and mix into a punch bowl. Float the jelly cubes with chilled fruit punch or pulp-less fruit juice of your choice. (Tip:  for less sweet float, the fruit punch and fruit juice may be diluted with cold water.) Small ice-cubes may be added to keep chill. Serve in appropriate bowls or cocktail glasses with optional garnish.
*To change jelly firmness, Amount of water may vary within 1/2 cup. (Less water, firmer jelly - preferred for float; more water, softer jelly.)
**You may replace milk with Soy milk or water. Water will give a clear jelly.
